We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as each product is handcrafted and made with care.
However, your satisfaction matters to us 💕
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Defective
-
Incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
-
Clear photos/videos of the issue
Once verified, we will:

Offer a replacement, or
-
Provide a store credit/refund (based on the situation)
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases
We won’t be able to process refunds or replacements in cases of:

Minor variations (as products are handmade)
-
Color differences due to screen display
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 5–7 working days

The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit
📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them

Once processing starts, cancellations may not be possible
